The prices for the DVDs you see on our site are including VAT.
TO RETURN
If the products do not satisfy to your expectations, you can return them, subject to unused and in original packing.
The order cancels you, after the order is sent to you, then XxXdvds have been obliged you charge the shipping costs.
All annulments must be made written to XxXdvds recognizable. This is possible by means of e-mail or posts. You must your complete name and mention invoice number in your written annulment in any case.
For paying back already pay amount to (at pay in advance) need we tevens your bank account number. Customers Belgium serves out tevens the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank to mention.
Please note: the account number which you give up for the repayment must be right to the account number of which you have done the payment to XxXdvds. This concerning. possible fraud with repayments.
COOLINGYou have a cooling period of 7 days without to statement of reasons returning the product. Exception is special products assembled for you or especially for you order products. The product can be only returned if the product is retour sent still unused in original, intact and unopened packing; the sealing or sealing of the DVD cannot be therefore removed or broken. YOU bear yourself the costs of the retourzending (and the sending to you).
Possibly already paid amounts become within up to 14 days to you paid back, possibly with calculation of aforesaid (send) cost.
